NEXA Distribution ("NEXA", "we", "us") is a wholesale distributor serving independent toy and specialty retailers in North America. We operate this website at nexadistribution.com from our offices in Elmira, Ontario and Medina, New York. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, ask to be matched with a sales representative, or submit a brand for distribution, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, company or store name, city and state, the brands you are interested in, details about your product line and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers record technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site running, secure and fast.
Cookies. The site uses only the cookies needed for it to function, such as those that protect our forms from spam. We do not run advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, although some features may then stop working.
How we use your information

- To match you with the independent NEXA sales representative who covers your territory.

Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed to serve you:
- Independent sales representatives who cover your area, so they can contact you about ordering.
- Service providers that host the site, deliver email, process form submissions and provide content-delivery and security services. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.
- Ordering platforms you choose to use, such as MarketTime or the NEXA Portal. Those platforms have their own privacy terms.
- Authorities, courts or professional advisers where the law requires it or where we need to protect our rights.
Your information may be stored and processed in Canada and the United States. By using the site you understand that it may be transferred between these countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up. Account and order records are kept for as long as the account is active and as long as tax and commercial laws require.
